How it all started
My early career background has predominantly been in retail and hospitality. As a HR Manager I gained the Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in People Management and Development and delivered a National Award winning customer service programme for every single team member working in the hotel.
I signed up and studied for a BA (Hons) Philosophy & Psychological Studies through the Open University.
It took me 6 years but my graduation day was one of the best days of my life.
I worked within the Forensic Psychology Team in the local prison and gained the qualification to deliver the nationally accredited Thinking Skills Programme (TSP) a cognitive skills intervention programme used by the prison and probation services in England and Wales.
I have also trained and volunteered as a Samaritan.
About me
My name is Sue Ashford.
I live on the beautiful island of Jersey and to relax I love to walk (sometimes jog!) around the country lanes and along the gorgeous beaches I am lucky to live close to. It is evidence based that our health and wellbeing, physical, psychological and cognition massively benefits from being amongst nature and I can personally confirm that problems never seem so challenging after a good walk!
My mission is to inspire, empower and support each and everyone of you to become the person you always wanted to be. I help to explore and find the excellence that lies within you and encourage your own personal growth. I will help you find your own true vocation and success by exploring your own uniqueness, identifying your values - together we will discover the person you are meant to be!
